This policy explains how to return or withdraw from a purchase at Djuce Studio. You have two routes: your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, and our voluntary 30-day return, which goes beyond what the law requires.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract here" button in our footer and on our withdrawal page, then confirm with "Confirm withdrawal." You don't need an account or a login, and you'll receive an email confirming the date and time we received your request. You may also withdraw by sending a clear statement to hello@djucestudio.com.

When you withdraw within the period:

• We refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used to order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (see indicative return shipping costs below).
• You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

No handling fee applies to a statutory withdrawal.

Our 30-day return (voluntary)

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily accept returns within 30 days of arrival in Europe and Australia, and within 10 days in the US, provided the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as received. A 5% return handling fee plus return shipping applies to this voluntary return. To start one, email hello@djucestudio.com.

In Australia, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, if it is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose).

Return shipping costs

These apply to our 30-day return and are indicative, for one shipping box; larger orders have higher return rates.

• Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden: €12.00
• Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: €19.00
• Australia: $20.00
• USA: $15.00

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the full shipping cost both ways and the handling fee (this applies to the voluntary 30-day return).
