All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rangsdorf, Germany for European orders and from Stonewall, Texas for the US.

Standard delivery is available in selected EU countries and is provided by DHL, Postnord, or local carriers via GLS.

Usually, orders are delivered to a service point for pickup. A change of delivery method may be available when the parcel has been dispatched, depending on your location and selected shipping option. For example, you might be able to choose to have the parcel delivered straight to your home, a neighbor, or left in a safe place. Free shipping is determined at checkout, based on the order price, campaigns, and potential promotion codes.

We use tracked shipping methods only. A shipping notification email is sent out once the parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse. Through the link provided in the notification, you can follow your order during transit. In areas where last-mile delivery is carried out in collaboration with the local postal service, the tracking information is first available when the parcel has reached the delivery country. Therefore, it may take up to 3 working days for the tracking status to appear.

DJUCE insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All EU orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point the receiver becomes responsible for the shipment. When a recipient other than yourself is specified for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by DJUCE.

If you allow the carrier to leave the parcel outside your front door without a receiver’s signature, DJUCE does not take responsibility for the delivery.

For orders shipped from our US warehouse via UPS SurePost: DJUCE insures each purchase during transit up until the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. UPS SurePost utilizes final delivery by USPS, which typically does not require a signature and may leave packages at your doorstep, mailbox, or other accessible locations.By placing an order with DJUCE using UPS SurePost, you acknowledge and accept that delivery is considered fulfilled once the carrier (USPS) marks the package as delivered. DJUCE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.

If you require a more secure delivery (such as signature confirmation), please contact us before placing your order so we can help arrange an alternative shipping option.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Credit and Debit globally. In certain countries, we accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop pay and other local options. Unless otherwise is stated on the product page, payment is not due until the order is dispatched.

We do not store credit cards or other financial information.

Within the European Union orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the order price. In the United States prices are shown in USD and do not include sales tax. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout. Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to Texas, in accordance with applicable state laws. If you are purchasing from a state where we are not required to collect sales tax, you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax directly to your state.

We offer returns on all orders within 30 days of the shipment’s arrival in Europe and within 10 days in the US. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@djucestudio.com. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as a 5% return handling fee. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed. The refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. Return shipping costs vary depending on your country. These prices are indicative and for one shipping box, large orders have higher return rates.

Shipping timeframes for returns are similar to those of delivery (1–7 business days depending on location).

Important:If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the full shipping cost both ways and handling fee.
